ARTICLE IX: FISCAL POLICIES

      Section 1: The fiscal year
         The fiscal year shall be June 30.
      Section 2: Accounts and Audits
         a. The books and accounts shall be kept in accordance with sound accounting practices and shall be audited annually by a
            Certified Public Accountant.
         b. At the regular meeting, the audited financial report will be read at the first business session.
